Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Physiotherapist to join the Proactive Frailty Care Planning Clinics across Buckinghamshire. You will work in an MDT, autonomously assessing therapy needs and delivering expert physiotherapy within clinical guidelines to help patients maintain independence.
