Downing Drive Surgery in Leicester is seeking an experienced First Contact Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a part-time role. You will assess and manage MSK conditions at first contact, reducing unnecessary GP referrals and guiding patients to appropriate care within our primary care setting.

HCPC registered with CSP membership is essential. You will work autonomously within a supportive team, contributing to patient education, care pathways and service development.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered with CSP membership.
• FCP Roadmap credentials completed or in progress.
• Experience as a First Contact Physiotherapist or in primary care is desirable.
• CPD evidence in musculoskeletal care.

Responsabilités

• Provide autonomous MSK assessments, diagnoses and management.
• Make clinical decisions using advanced reasoning.
• Refer to community, secondary care and specialist services where appropriate.
• Support self-management and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
• Participate in audits and service development.
