Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited in Guildford is seeking a Marketing Manager to own day-to-day marketing while helping shape the wider strategy. You’ll have real ownership and the freedom to turn ideas into activity that delivers results in a growing business.

You’ll lead B2B marketing plans and lead generation campaigns, collaborate with Sales to accelerate pipeline, manage campaigns across digital channels and events, and own website content, SEO and external partners.

Qualifications

• Lead generation and campaign management experience.
• Ability to work independently and own initiatives.
• Experience across digital marketing, email, social, websites and SEO.
• Commercial mindset and the ability to work closely with Sales.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Microsoft ecosystem preferred but not essential.

Guildford – hybrid, 3 days per week in the office

I’m working with a growing business looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to take ownership of its day-to-day marketing activity while helping shape the wider marketing strategy.

This is a brilliant opportunity for somebody who enjoys having real ownership. You’ll be given the freedom to bring ideas to the table, decide what needs to happen and then make it happen.

You’ll be responsible for:
