Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to work in a GP practice in Evesham. The role offers flexible sessional work with full support from an established multidisciplinary team.

You will independently assess, diagnose and manage a range of presentations, provide evidence-based care, and contribute to high-quality clinical outcomes. Up to 4 days per week, morning and afternoon clinics, with block booking options.

Qualifications

• Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification (Level 7/Postgraduate) required.
• V300 Independent Prescribing required.
• Recent experience in primary care, urgent care or walk-in settings is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Running minor illness and acute assessment clinics.
• Completing long-term condition reviews where required.
• Telephone triage and clinical decision-making.
• Independent prescribing and medication reviews.
• Ordering and interpreting investigations.
• Clear, accurate clinical documentation.
• Working collaboratively with GPs, Practice Nurses and HCAs.
