Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to work at a GP practice in Emsworth. You will autonomously assess, diagnose and manage a range of presentations, with support from a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification (Level 7 or postgraduate).
• Recent experience in primary/urgent care settings.
• V300 Independent Prescribing.
• Ability to work autonomously and safely.
• Familiarity with EMIS/SystmOne/Vision.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Run minor illness and acute assessment clinics.
• Complete long-term condition reviews where required.
• Telephone triage and clinical decision-making.
• Independent prescribing and medication reviews.
• Order and interpret investigations.
• Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with GPs, Practice Nurses and HCAs.
