Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a self-sufficient Lead Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor for a flagship restoration project in the UK. The role covers full commercial management on a circa £2m refurbishment for a historic hotel, with a strong emphasis on ownership, accuracy, and collaborative delivery across Luton and London sites.

You will own the commercial function, manage subcontractors, handle valuations and final accounts, and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on lead/senior QS; autonomous and capable of running a project with minimal supervision.
• Heritage/restoration experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Thrives in a small, specialist contractor environment and cross-site collaboration.

Responsibilities
