Job summary

Smiths News is hiring a Merchandiser in Wood Green for a flexible, part-time contract. You will bring products to life on the shop floor, own your territory, and ensure displays stay on-brand while stocking and auditing. This role offers 5–20 hours per week with additional mileage and travel time payable where eligible.

You’ll need a friendly, proactive approach, strong communication, and the ability to work independently to serve retailers across your area. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Located within approximately 15 miles of the advertised area.
• Able to work autonomously and visit stores.
• Experience in merchandising is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and manage point-of-sale placement.
• Stock replenishment and auditing on the shop floor.
• Create and maintain visually impactful displays.
• Build strong relationships with store colleagues and managers.
• Plan cost-effective route visits and maximise store coverage.
