Job summary

Kenton Black is seeking a Project Manager for a £20M industrial unit construction project. The role involves demolition of an existing building and construction of a new steel portal frame unit, with full autonomy from inception through handover.

You will ensure the programme is followed, manage subcontractors, chair progress meetings, and deliver progress reports to senior management. CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Project Manager on portal frame industrial/logistic unit projects.
• Experience with demolition and new build.
• Experience in managing multi-million £ projects.
• CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the programme is adhered to.
• Manage subcontractors and supply chain.
• Chair client/subcontractor progress meetings.
• Issue progress reports to the senior management team.
• Provide full autonomy for running the project from inception to handover.
