You’ll drive day‑to‑day project delivery, coordinate design teams and contractors, and maintain documentation while upholding high standards throughout the lifecycle.

This client‑facing role requires managing contracts (JCT/NEC), building strong relationships with clients and professional teams, and supporting procurement and fee proposals.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and contract administration.

• Contribute to project planning, governance, risk management and delivery.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting the wider business with business development initiatives.
