Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Hysteroscopy Nurse to join the team. The post involves delivering autonomous hysteroscopy clinics and providing expert PMB and OPH care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will support the unit manager, contribute to workforce planning, and lead quality audits and patient surveys while maintaining high standards of patient safety and experience.

Formación

• Trained band 7 hysteroscopy nurse with autonomous practice.
• Experience delivering outpatient hysteroscopy and PMB/OPH care.
• Leadership experience in shift/ward management is advantageous.
• Experience delivering independent hysteroscopy clinics.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver independent hysteroscopy clinics.
• Support unit manager with day-to-day running and workforce management.
• Provide expert PMB and OPH care to patients and families.
• Review protocols and guidelines for OPH and PMB services.
• Lead audits and patient satisfaction surveys for PMB/OPH.
• Participate in research projects related to PMB/OPH services.
