Job summary

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Hysteroscopy Nurse to deliver autonomous hysteroscopy clinics for PMB and OPH services. The post holder will support the unit manager with day-to-day running, workforce management, quality standards and lead audits to improve patient care within a multidisciplinary Gynaecology team.

You will provide expert advice to patients and families, participate in research, and help develop service plans to meet cancer waiting time

Qualifications

• Band 7 Hysteroscopy nurse with autonomous practice.
• Experience with PMB and Outpatient Hysteroscopy services preferred.
• Leadership or shift leader experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver independent hysteroscopy clinics for PMB and OPH.
• Support unit manager with day-to-day running and workforce management.
• Lead audits, service development and contribute to clinics planning.
