Job summary

You will support medical and nursing staff, lead clinical practice in the unit and act as a resource for GPs and other healthcare professionals, ensuring care aligns with national and local guidelines and policies.

Qualifications

• Provide assessment, planning, investigations, diagnosis and treatment for women requiring outpatient hysteroscopy.
• Lead and support medical and nursing staff to deliver safe, high quality care.
• Act as a professional role model and resource for GPs and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Carry out diagnostic and therapeutic outpatient hysteroscopy procedures autonomously within own competence.
• Plan and organise workload effectively and be accountable for quality and standards of work.
• Ensure delivery of patient care in line with national and local guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Contribute to patient information leaflets and clinical/departmental guidelines.
