Job summary

North Hampshire Urgent Care seeks a Paramedic to deliver acute home visiting assessments and treatments for housebound patients within four PCNs. You will work 10:00–18:00, Monday–Friday, as part of a team with GP practice support and remote supervision.

The role requires HCPC registration, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work autonomously within a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2029. Interviews 20 November 2026.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered paramedic or equivalent with post-registration urgent care interest.
• Full, clean UK driving licence required.
• Two years clinical experience in primary/urgent care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertake autonomously home visits, assess and diagnose within scope.
• Refer to primary, secondary or social services per local pathways.
• Deliver high-quality urgent primary care and document thoroughly.
