Job summary

You will provide services under the primary care contract, engage in governance and CPD, manage chronic conditions, and participate in rotations, triage, and duty doctor roles.

Qualifications

• Delivery of highly effective medical care to the entitled population.
• Adherence to the primary care contract and GMC standards.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in governance and training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly effective medical care to the entitled population.
• Provide services commensurate with the primary care contract.
• Prescribe in line with local and national guidance.
• Effectively manage long-term conditions.
• Process administration including referrals and repeat prescriptions.
• On rotation, undertake telephone triage and duty doctor roles.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with policy and guidance.
• Collaborate with the team and share workload.
• Follow clinical guidelines and complete audits.
