NHS Jobs is seeking an autonomous practitioner to deliver high standards of clinical care within a General Practice setting. The post-holder will adhere to GMC standards, operate under the GMS contract, and lead by example while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include delivering effective medical care, prescribing in line with guidance, managing long-term conditions, and supporting continuous improvement and governance within the practice.

Formación

• Autonomous practitioner delivering medical services to the practice population.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver highly effective medical care to the entitled population.
• Provide services commensurate with the GMS contract.
• Practice generic prescribing in line with local and national guidance.
• Manage long-term conditions effectively.
• Process administration including referrals and repeat prescriptions in a timely manner.
• Participate in telephone triage and duty doctor roles on a rotational basis.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with policy and guidance.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and share workload.
• Contribute to clinical governance, training and HR responsibilities.
