Job summary

Pertemps Gloucester (Chiltern) Industrial is seeking a permanent Facility Caretaker in Bourton-on-the-Water. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, with a salary up to £30,000 depending on experience.

You will maintain cleanliness, safety and site presentation, combining indoor duties with outdoor grounds work. Candidate should have facilities or trades background, be self-reliant, and able to manage workload.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, caretaker, maintenance, janitorial or general trades role.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Desirable: Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
• Experience coordinating contractors or external maintenance providers would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine cleaning and site checks.
• Carry out general facilities maintenance and minor repairs.
• Coordinate contractor and supplier visits for maintenance.
• Maintain external grounds and manage waste/recycling.
• Ensure health and safety requirements are followed.
