You will conduct regular inspections, respond to maintenance requests, coordinate with external contractors and maintain accurate records to support daily operations in a lively Bristol environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections and general maintenance of the premises to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of tasks completed to support smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs or installations when required.
• Support the management team with general duties to ensure the effective running of the facility.
