Job summary

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust in the North West is seeking an enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner to join the team delivering care in Southport and Formby Community Treatment Rooms.

You will work autonomously providing high standards of clinical care, wound care, injections, Doppler assessments, compression bandaging and care planning, with regular clinical supervision and opportunities for reflective practice.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with UK registration.
• Awareness of Clinical Governance, patient group directions and policies.
• Understanding of audit process.
• Evidence of clinical experience in relevant field.
• Clinical supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care to a defined population with support from senior practitioners.
• Collaborate effectively within the team to meet patient needs and uphold policy.
• Provide wound care, injections, Dopplers, compression bandaging and care planning.
