Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care to a defined population with support from senior practitioners.
• Work effectively within the multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Contribute to policy, procedures and quality objectives within the unit.
• Maintain governance standards and use incident reviews to drive improvement.
• Align care with national service frameworks and tackle health inequalities.
• Support and supervise junior practitioners and health practitioner assistants.
