• Must be a car driver with use of a car.
• Part-time hours considered.

• Assess, provide and review nursing care in the home or appropriate setting.
• Aim to maximise patient independence and quality of life.
• Oversee designated caseload and delegate when needed.
• Support professional development through training and CPD.
