Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Homecare Nursing Team as a Community IV Nurse. You will deliver specialist IV therapies and Parenteral Nutrition to patients in their own homes, coordinating with NHS teams and healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective treatment and patient independence.

The role involves regular travel between visits with a UK driving licence, autonomous patient management, and a supportive team to deliver one-to-one care across

Qualifications

Minimum of one year's post-registration nursing experience.
Current valid UK driving licence.
Experience with CVAD and/or Parenteral Nutrition services.
Experience in community/homecare or NHS healthcare settings.
Experience delivering patient education and support programs.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high‑quality IV therapies and Parenteral Nutrition in patients' homes.
Assess patients, administer prescribed IV therapies, and monitor progression.
Educate patients, families and carers to build confidence and independence.
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure continuity of care with NHS teams.
