Inizio is seeking a community nurse to deliver IV therapy and parenteral nutrition in patients’ homes as part of the Clinical Homecare Nursing Team. The role involves autonomous working across the community with regular travel and a company car provided.

The nurse will assess patients, administer treatment, educate families, and record care in line with standards. A valid UK driving licence and at least one year post-registration experience are required.

• Post-registration nursing experience is required.
• Current valid UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe, patient-centred IV and parenteral nutrition care in homes and community settings.
• Administer parenteral nutrition, IV therapies and clinical interventions in line with SOPs and standards.
• Assess patients, identify changes in condition and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Support treatment initiation, ongoing care and transfers from hospital to home.
• Train and educate patients, families and carers to manage treatment safely and build independence.
• Give clinical advice and build relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Work with NHS colleagues and senior nurses to ensure continuity of care.
• Keep accurate clinical records in line with governance and policy.
