Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a Community IV Nurse to join its Clinical Homecare Nursing Team. You will work with NHS colleagues to administer IV therapies and Parenteral Nutrition in patients' homes, assess and educate, and manage care with autonomy across the community.

Regular travel, strict documentation, and adherence to NMC standards are essential, with ongoing training and CPD supported. This role offers clinical autonomy and development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current valid full UK driving licence.
• Ability to travel regularly within the community.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed IV therapies and Parenteral Nutrition to patients in their own homes.
• Assess patients, monitor progress and identify changes in condition.
• Educate and train patients, families and carers to manage treatment and build independence.
• Provide ongoing clinical advice, guidance and support throughout the homecare journey.
• Keep accurate, timely and confidential clinical records in line with governance.
