Job summary

Inizio Engage is recruiting a community IV nurse to its Clinical Homecare Nursing Team. The post centers on specialist IV therapy and parenteral nutrition care delivered to patients in their own homes, alongside NHS teams.

Much of the role is autonomous, involves regular travel across the community and comes with a company car. Applicants need at least one year of post-registration nursing experience and a current UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year post-registration nursing experience.
• Current valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to travel regularly within the community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient-centred care in patients' homes and community settings.
• Administer parenteral nutrition, IV therapies and clinical interventions in line with SOPs and professional standards.
• Assess patients, identify changes in condition and raise concerns when needed.
• Support treatment initiation, ongoing care and transitions from hospital to home.
• Train and educate patients, families and carers to manage treatment safely.
