Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrable compassionate patient care and teamwork in district nursing settings.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Registration with NMC and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in home, residential and clinic settings.
• Carry out nursing assessments and skilled interventions (wound, palliative, catheter care).
• Perform and interpret ABPI measurements and other diagnostic tests.
• Administer injections and venepuncture with safe practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality at all times.
