Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in palliative or end-of-life care desirable.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care as part of the MDT under Ward Manager supervision.
• Organise and coordinate nursing services in the absence of senior staff while maintaining clinical standards.
• Role model compassionate and inclusive leadership to support a collective leadership culture within the Trust.
