Job summary

North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications for a Staff Nurse (District Nursing) in Hartlepool on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role covers care in patients' own homes and residential settings within the community nursing service, with a focus on palliative and wound care, diabetes and continence management.

Qualifications

Must be a Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
Experience in community or district nursing is essential.
