Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a child and adolescent CBT psychotherapist to manage an autonomous caseload and coordinate care for school-age young people with diverse mental health presentations.

You will deliver evidence-based CBT within a multidisciplinary team, adapting approaches to fit ages and networks, and work with families and schools to support recovery and safety.

Qualificações

• High Intensity IAPT or CYPIAPT qualification (Post Graduate Diploma).
• Postgraduate CBT qualification meeting BABCP accreditation standards, with accreditation to be applied for on starting.
• Membership of BABCP, BPS or NMC on commencement.
• Experience in multidisciplinary mental health services and applying psychological knowledge to service development.

Responsabilidades

• Hold an autonomous caseload of children and young people with care coordination responsibilities.
• Deliver high quality, evidence-based CBT interventions to support timely throughput and safety.
• Adapt creative approaches to CBT for various ages, presentations and networks.
• Work with the child, family and wider network to support recovery.
• Share formulations with young people, families and networks.
• Support the service operational policy.
• Contribute to quality improvement as a senior clinician in the team.
