• Inspecting - condition, defect, measured and dilapidation surveys.
• Advising - refurbishment, maintenance, repair and improvement works.
• Delivering - managing contract administration and projects from instruction to completion.
• Preparing - specifications, schedules of work, tender docs and reports.
• Developing - strengthening client relationships and repeat opportunities.
• Leading - supporting junior surveyors and APC candidates.
