Job summary

Aldwych Consulting in Manchester is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Building Surveyor to take ownership of diverse projects across education, healthcare, residential, commercial and public sector clients.

The role offers autonomy, a clear path to progression, and a hybrid working model with a compensation package up to £60,000 plus benefits.

You'll inspect surveys, advise on refurbishment, manage contracts, and develop client relationships within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS status or working towards chartership.
• 4+ years consultancy experience with professional and project work.
• Ability to manage instructions and projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting: condition, defect, measured and dilapidation surveys.
• Advising on refurbishment, maintenance, repair and improvement works.
• Delivering: manage contract administration and projects end-to-end.
• Developing client relationships and supporting junior surveyors.
