Job summary

Allt Goch Medical Centre in Flint is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

You will work alongside GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses and an admin team to diagnose, manage, prescribe and discharge patients across all ages, with a mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations.

The post offers a competitive salary (£35-£40k DOE) for 18–20 hours over 3 days, with scope for autonomous practice and professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered Adult Nurse with NMC.
• Previous ANP experience essential.
• Skilled in triage and emergency care.
• Experience caring for adults and children in primary care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload in a primary care setting with high standards of care.
• Conduct 15-minute consultation slots with patients.
• Order investigations and refer to secondary care when appropriate.
• Provide both face-to-face and telephone consultations as needed.
