Job summary

Alva Medical Practice in Alva and Tullibody, part of NHS Forth Valley, seeks an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner for a permanent role with flexible hours and a mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations.

You will deliver autonomous assessment, diagnosis and management, prescribe within your scope, and work with GPs and the wider team. The post supports professional development and specialist interests in a Training Practice.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration and ongoing professional development
• MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent ANP qualification
• ACE and DDM or equivalent; Independent Nurse Prescriber credential

Responsibilities

• Deliver autonomous assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute/un-differentiated presentations
• Prescribe, investigate, and refer within scope of practice
• Collaborate with GPs and multidisciplinary team
• Support quality improvement and clinical governance
