Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner for flexible regional primary care sessions across Tadley. This role offers autonomous ANP-led clinics with full clinical control and consistent working environments within established GP and community services.

You will conduct advanced assessments, manage same-day presentations, triage by telephone and in person, and prescribe safely within your scope.

Qualifications

• Level 7 Advanced Practice qualification.
• Independent Prescribing (V300).
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community settings.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Running autonomous ANP-led clinics within primary care settings.
• Managing acute, undifferentiated and minor illness presentations.
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face triage.
• Prescribing safely within scope of competence.
• Reviewing results and handling routine follow-up actions.
• Recording accurate clinical notes within the clinic’s digital systems.
