Job summary

Qualifications

• Current experience working as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner within primary care.
• Strong autonomous assessment, diagnosis, and treatment skills.
• Experience managing both acute and chronic conditions.
• Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills; patient-centred team approach.
