You’ll contribute to smooth day-to-day running and pro-actively support both practices in achieving their vision and objectives.ANPs provide expert assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of patients within their scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Must meet NMC requirements for advanced practice.
• Experience in primary care is desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Make autonomous clinical decisions as an ANP.
• Assess, diagnose and manage undifferentiated/diagnosed problems.
• Develop ongoing care plans with health education and prevention.
• Order investigations and coordinate treatment with the team.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and professional documentation.
