Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our growing Hitchin workshop. You will perform routine servicing, complex mechanical and electrical diagnostics, and major repairs across a variety of customer vehicles to a high standard.

Base in Hitchin with on-site parking. The role includes opportunities for training and development, and a performance-based bonus scheme as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional workshop experience in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Strong mechanical diagnostic capabilities and an independent problem-solving mindset.
• Solid foundational knowledge of routine maintenance, brakes, and suspension.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic per annum (strictly dependent on experience)
• Hours: 5 days per week - Monday to Friday
