The Role:

As an Automotive Technical Trainer/Tutor, you will:

• Inspire and mentor small groups of learners, guiding them through their educational journey, delivering the Light Vehicle Level 3 apprenticeship.
• Build strong relationships with your students, supporting their growth and development.
• Deliver engaging and hands-on training, ensuring that each apprentice gains the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in automotive engineering.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Automotive Engineering: Whether you're an experienced technician, who would like to train to be a trainer or currently in a teaching role, your expertise is invaluable.
• Passion for Coaching and Development: You should have a knack for mentoring and helping others succeed.
