Job summary

Kwik-Fit is seeking a Technical Trainer Grade 1 to deliver technical training at the Training Academy in Sheffield, with 40 hours per week and occasional travel to other UK sites. You will mentor colleagues, maintain course materials and ensure quality aligned with company policy.

The role requires strong communication, English and maths skills, and a professional, proactive approach to training delivery within a busy automotive environment.

• Keep technical awareness up to date and engage learners effectively.
• Evaluate training programmes and seek continuous improvement.
