Job summary
Kwik Fit is seeking an Automotive Technician Trainer for our Training Academy in the West Midlands. You will deliver technical training, coach colleagues, and develop programmes to improve performance and productivity.
Travel to other UK sites may be required; a background in hybrid/electric vehicles and strong English/Maths skills are essential. Based on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, you will join the People Team and contribute to learning initiatives with potential for progression and
Qualifications
- Strong functional English and Maths skills.
- Experience in coaching or mentoring others is beneficial.
- Commercial focus with emphasis on technical and customer service content.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Technical Training schedules to a high standard.
- Complete course documentation and assessments accurately.
- Ensure approvals with awarding bodies are maintained.
- Maintain training equipment and aids to a high standard.
- Contribute to updating training programmes to meet business goals.
- Provide feedback to improve training materials.
- Stay current with market developments and CPD opportunities.
- Evaluate training programmes and engage learners effectively.
