You will take ownership of guidance with a customer-centric focus, drive case resolution, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure customer satisfaction. A strong diagnostic background and UK driving licence are essential.
One Aftersales team are recruiting for an Automotive Technical Support Specialist on a permanent full time basis. Reporting into the Technical Support Escalations & TSC Manager, this position will be in based in Milton Keynes on a hybrid working basis.
