Job summary

Contechs Consulting is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to lead diagnosis of software and systems issues during development of automotive vehicle platforms. You will join the Central Systems Integration team to coordinate software delivery across ECUs, focusing on issue resolution and robust data gathering.

The role requires strong root cause analysis, issue management, and collaboration across PMO and agile/waterfall governance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of issue/defect management processes and tools.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to develop, interpret, and present metrics, KPIs and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of software integration principles and dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills, able to lead discussions on complex matters.
• High attention to detail and process discipline.
• Identify weaknesses and areas needing support.
• Experience with PMO/governance; Agile/Waterfall delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnosis of software and systems issues in development.
