Job summary

Contechs Consulting is seeking an Integration Engineer for a contract role in the UK. You will create and run both manual and automated tests for interior experience features, aligning test cases to requirements and system documentation.

You will work with system engineers to ensure traceability and robust test coverage across HIL/VIL rigs. The role requires strong automotive integration and testing experience, with familiarity in V-Model processes and simulation tools like dSPACE and Simulink.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive system integration and integration testing.
• Experience applying the V-Model for requirements-based testing and verification/validation.
• Familiarity with tools and processes in Systems Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Create manual and automated test cases for Interior Experience features.
• Ensure test techniques meet quality standards.
• Execute feature and system-level tests on vehicle rigs (HIL/VIL).
• Produce test execution reports and support defect management.
• Provide traceability from requirements to test cases.
• Collaborate with system engineers to ensure testability.
