Bennett & Game Recruitment is seeking a Supplier Quality Launch Engineer to support high-performance automotive programmes in a fast-paced, low-volume environment in Woking. You will act as a key liaison across suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, procurement and programme teams to ensure quality, timing and delivery for new product introductions.

With 3–7 years in supplier quality, you will lead APQP/PPAP activities, drive containment and 8D problem solving, and support prototypes,

Formación

• Experience with APQP/PPAP processes in automotive.
• Proven 8D problem solving across launches.
• Experience supporting NPI and vehicle launches.
• Strong supplier management and stakeholder comms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supplier quality activities across NPI and vehicle launches.
• Manage APQP and PPAP, ensuring supplier approvals meet deadlines.
• Support prototype and pre-production builds, resolving supplier quality issues promptly.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis using 8D methodologies and implement corrective actions.
• Manage containment activities during critical launch phases.
• Assess supplier readiness including process capability and capacity.
• Identify and escalate supplier risks affecting timing, quality, or delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Programme teams.
• Produce clear reports on supplier performance and launch status.
