Arnold Clark is seeking a Service Manager to take full responsibility for delivering excellent customer service in both the retail area and workshop. You will manage and coach staff, set goals, ensure policy compliance, and drive the department to higher levels of success.

This role suits an experienced Automotive Manager with proactive attitude and ideas, leading a team to meet productivity and sales targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing a service team of technicians, advisors and support staff, ensuring targets are met.
• Ensuring servicing work is carried out correctly, on time, and to standards.
• Delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues quickly.
• Maintaining compliance with company, DVSA, manufacturer and health and safety policies.
• Reviewing department KPI and financial reports and motivating staff to exceed objectives.
