Job summary

Tru Talent is seeking a Service Advisor to join a busy Oxford workshop. You will manage customer bookings, provide updates on vehicle repairs, and prepare estimates and job cards while working closely with the workshop and Parts Department.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, effective communication, and solid administrative skills with automotive exposure. Monday–Friday hours, Saturday on a rotating basis, and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good administration and organisational skills.
• Automotive or commercial vehicle experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings and updates on vehicle repairs.
• Prepare estimates and job cards; gain approval for additional work.
• Coordinate with the workshop and Parts Department.
