Job summary

Holdcroft Motor Group is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team in Stockport. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service during the servicing and repair journey, build lasting relationships, and identify opportunities to grow service sales.

Ideal candidates will have automotive industry experience, strong communication, and be comfortable with computer systems and processes. This role offers a competitive OTE and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout vehicle servicing and repair.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and product knowledge.

• Manage customer bookings, enquiries, and service updates efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure all systems, records, and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
• Work closely with technicians and Aftersales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Maintain a highly organised workload with attention to detail.
• Support colleagues and contribute positively during busy periods.

Location: Stockport, Hyundai

Salary: OTE £38,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our successful Aftersales team at Holdcroft Motor Group. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships.

As the face of our service department, you will play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a professional, efficient, and enjoyable experience throughout their aftersales journey.
