Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meet customers on arrival and book their vehicles into service.
• Answer phones, take bookings, and route queries to colleagues.
• Respond to emails and manage internal/external communications.
• Use data entry software to record information and maintain records.
• Assist with invoicing and handle related paperwork.
• Liaise with technicians to support service workflow.
