Evans Halshaw Liverpool, Changan is seeking a Sales Executive to join a fast-moving, customer-focused team. The role offers a basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £42,000 (uncapped) plus a guaranteed bonus for 6 months.

The 40-hour working week includes pension, life assurance, and 33 days holiday (including bank holidays). You'll be part of a team that makes car buying simple and accessible, with training, support, and clear paths to grow your skills and career from day one.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience is desirable
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Full UK driving licence is required
• Proficient with basic computer systems and CRM tools

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from initial contact to selecting and purchasing their vehicle
• Upsell accessories, extended warranty and finance packages
• Build knowledge of products, promotions and brand values
• Ensure FCA-compliant financial advice and excellent customer service
