Lithia UK is seeking a Sales Executive for Evans Halshaw Liverpool/Changan to join a fast-paced, customer-centric team. A basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £42,000 uncapped and a guaranteed bonus for 6 months accompanies a 40-hour week, pension, life assurance, and 33 days holiday.

You will grow knowledge of products, drive enquiry leads, and deliver complete packages including accessories, warranties, and finance options, while adhering to FCA standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and collaborative approach.
• Comfortable with computer systems and FCA-regulated environment.
• Willingness to drive and represent the brand across vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Drive forwards new and used car enquiry leads and convert appointments into sales.
• Upsell accessories, extended warranty and finance packages to customers.
• Provide fair financial advice and services in line with FCA regulations.
• Create exceptional customer experiences from first contact to vehicle handover.
