You will work in a busy showroom environment, with a guaranteed earnings target and a company car, plus annual leave and benefits. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Talks with and listens to customers to build rapport and understand requirements.
• Builds trust, communicates effectively and delivers a service-based experience.
• Explains suitable options and encourages customers to take a test drive.
• Uses product knowledge to guide customers to the best choice for them.
• Collaborates with colleagues across the Centre to provide seamless service, including Aftersales when needed.
• Supports opportunities for additional sales by referring to Fleet or other specialists.
